Thirty-five of us came together on the Sicilian coast, and what unfolded was something really special. We trained hard, soaked up the sun, explored Taormina, and somehow ended up DJing a dance party in the middle of Marzamemi’s town square. It was the kind of trip that reminds you how good it feels to move, to cut loose, and to connect—with yourself and with each other. We left with full hearts and bellies, sore legs, and some great new friends.
Troncones, 2024
With 20 of us tucked into this quiet surf town on Mexico’s Pacific coast, Troncones gave us something really great. We moved together, danced barefoot - margarita in hand, surfed until our arms gave out, and even released baby turtles into the ocean. What started as a small group of mostly strangers quickly became a tight-knit group where every person had the chance to really get to know one another. It was a week of connection, movement, and the kind of joy that sneaks up on you and stays.
El salvador, 2024
Sixty-five of us came together in El Salvador for a week that hit every note; beachside luxury, hard work, and a whole lot of joy. Mornings kicked off with sweat-soaked workouts in the sun, afternoons drifted between poolside hangs and volcano adventures, and nights had many dance-offs. It was big, but never impersonal… just a crew of adventurous people showing up for themselves and each other. The energy was high, the vibes were unreal, and the memories are still glowing like a Salvadorian sunset.
