Wellness Retreats for People Who still have Fun
You haven’t given up on fun.
So come with us to sweat, surf, explore, laugh, dance.
This is fitness and wellness travel with the fun put back in.
We might not be for you…
and that’s okay.
If you're looking for silent meditation retreats, traditional yoga retreats, or a restrictive and overly optimized regimen, we're not it. We have nothing against those. That world exists for a reason. But it's not this world.
SALTY retreats are for people who want to move their bodies, explore new places, eat real food, have a drink if they want one, stay up too late with new friends, and come home feeling like their world has been turned technicolour by fun.
We believe wellness isn't complete without joy. It's about so much more than just your physical health. It's mental, emotional, and social. The best version of you isn't found through restriction. It's found through balance, fun, working out, playing, and being with people who make life enjoyable.
If you're nodding along, keep reading.
If you're looking for silence and celery juice, we're not offended. We'll be here when you're ready for something different.
Wellness, Salty style.
Fun is the point. Not a side effect.
Not a reward for suffering through burpees. Wellness is in the fun.
Every SALTY retreat blends movement, adventure, culture, and community into something that gives you truly guilt-free pleasure. Don’t get it confused… our coaches will kick your ass in the gym or on the beach... but they'll also challenge you to a dance-off or sing-along at night. Balance.
You'll sweat. You'll explore. You'll try things you've never tried. You'll eat incredible food without counting a single macro. You'll meet really lovely people in a judgement free place. And you'll come home stronger, more tanned, and happier (that is a promise).
killer workouts. a lot of ‘em.
3-4 movement sessions daily. Everything is optional (except for fun). Always accessible to all levels.
What you'll find on a SALTY retreat:
Strength & Conditioning: Circuits, weights, partner drills, beach sprints. Challenging, fun, and always changing.
Yoga: From spicy vinyasa flows with driving music and sweat, to restorative yin-yoga that will put you in the perfect state for a restful sleep.
Pilates: Beat-driven mat pilates, fun and "holy hell" hard. Ankle weights, bands, bodyweight. Best enjoyed beside the pool so that you can roll in right after to cool down.
Soul Work: Movement, meditation, a sprinkle of pilates, a touch of dancing. High-intensity sequences with guided moments of calm designed to clear your head and bring people together.
Boxing: Music-led, high-energy, zero experience required. Just gloves and endorphins.
Beach Sweats: Group HIIT on the sand. Sprints, games, partner challenges (SALTY Olympics, anybody?). Usually ends with everyone in the ocean.
Surf Lessons: Available at most destinations. Local instructors, all skill levels, no pressure. Sometimes the best workout is chasing waves.
adventure beyond the workout.
Movement isn't just what happens in a class. It's hiking volcanoes in Nicaragua, swimming under waterfalls in Costa Rica, exploring ancient forts in Sri Lanka, boat days off the coast of Sicily.
Every retreat includes at least one signature excursion, and most have several. Surf lessons, cultural tours, sunset cruises, market visits, waterfall hikes. The world is an absurdly beautiful place, and wherever we travel we want to make sure you see as much of it as time permits.
You'll move through incredible places with people who are up for anything. That's the SALTY way
You'll fit right in if you:
Want to move your body daily in ways that actually feel good
Know that being bored is a choice, a choice you don’t want to make.
Like eating real food without guilt or restriction
Prefer exploring new places over sitting still for a week
Think "wellness" should include laughter, good drinks, dancing, and staying up too late sometimes
Are a total beginner or a seasoned athlete (everything scales, we'll meet you where you are)
Are travelling solo, with friends, a partner, or a sibling
Are 28 or 58 (our guests span decades, united by energy, not birth year)
The only requirement: show up ready to have fun.
