WHERE SALTY IS DIFFERENT

At SALTY, the training is the backbone of the week. You get 2–3 coached sessions a day at a retreat centre or villa with real gym and studio space, which we book out for our crew.

Nearly every meal is covered, with one or two on your own on some trips so you can try the local food. And then there's the fun part, like SALTY Olympics, where you get to be a big kid again.
