WHAT SALT ESCAPES DOES WELL
Salt Escapes runs week-long trips in luxury private villas with a private chef. Every day has coached workouts plus yoga or recovery sessions. Groups are small, from 11 to 18 people. Its own guidance says that if you train two or three times a week, you'll be fine.
It is a strong choice if a small group and a villa week are what you're after.

WHERE SALTY IS DIFFERENT
Our trips are bigger, with 20 to 35 guests, because more people means more energy at every workout and every night out. We train 2–3 times a day, and the mix changes with the coaches who come along, from boxing and HIIT to pilates and yoga.
We book out the whole retreat centre or villa for our crew. Airport transfers on arrival and departure days are included, and prices start from about USD 275 a day.
