Yes, you can go on a fitness retreat alone, and at SALTY most people do. More than 60% of our guests book solo. You meet the group in a private WhatsApp chat about a month before you fly. On a shared room, we match you with a roommate of the same gender, and a driver meets you at the airport on arrival day.

What it's like to arrive alone

You land, and someone from SALTY is already waiting. You've seen the faces in the group chat for weeks, so the first hello is easy. Meals are family-style. Workouts happen in groups, often in pairs. By the first dinner, you're not "the solo person" anymore. You're just part of the crew.

How rooms work when you come solo

Book a shared room and you pay the same per-person rate as everyone else, with no single supplement. We match you with another guest of the same gender. Want your own space? Private rooms are available at a higher rate. You can also bring one friend and room together.

Will I fit in?

Our median guest is 32, and 60% of guests are in their 30s. Some run marathons, and some haven't worked out in months. Every session goes harder or gentler, so the group moves together without anyone being left behind.
