Erin Founded SALTY in 2023 as a way to do what she loves… travel the world, stay fit, drink margaritas at sunset.

From Kingston, Ontario, living in Ottawa, Erin owns two thriving yoga studios (SoulSpeak Studios) and is a lifetime entrepreneur and content creator.

Nate joined the SALTY team when he decided to hang up his cleats after an 8-year career as a player in the CFL.

A passionate host and self-proclaimed energizer-bunny, all he wants is for people to have the best time of their lives… wherever they are.

Owner of SUBMERGE Wellness - Tarik is a movement coach, breathwork coach, and a cold exposure and sauna professional who transports people with his coaching through contrast therapy.

Canadian Decathlete, your mom’s favourite bartender, and our bestfriend. Telvin brings sport training, incredible dance moves, and a nauseously positive attitude to everything he does.

Josh has been teaching for 15+ years, but he spends as much time rapping Kanye lyrics in his flows as he does dictating what to do - he is the quintessential bridge for folks to experience wellness in a way that works for everybody. He’s also the funniest person you haven’t met yet.

A founding SALTY member and the definition of a coach. Nicolina’s as much of a fan at yelling at people to try harder as she is at getting a good sweat in herself. Owner of The Rig boxing in Ottawa and one of our favourite coaches alive, any trip Nicolina joins is instantly changed by her presence, for the better and the sweatier.
