Erin Founded SALTY in 2023 as a way to do what she loves… travel the world, stay fit, drink margaritas at sunset.

From Kingston, Ontario, living in Ottawa, Erin owns two thriving yoga studios (SoulSpeak Studios) and is a lifetime entrepreneur and content creator.

Nate joined the SALTY team when he decided to hang up his cleats after an 8-year career as a player in the CFL.

Owner of The Rig boxing in Ottawa and one of our favourite coaches alive, any trip Nicolina joins is instantly changed by her presence, for the better and the sweatier.
