From Surf to Summit

A retreat that flows between the coast and the clouds

Island Tides is our most dynamic SALTY retreat yet. You’ll spend the first half of the trip soaking up Sri Lanka’s beach town rhythm in Ahangama; think surf sessions, SALTY morning sweats, and night markets. Then, we head inland to Ella for a completely different vibe: lush mountain views, sunrise hikes, and cool air to reflect and recharge.

The week features guided surf lessons, a visit to Galle Fort, soaking up the south Sri Lankan surf culture, the famous Kandy to Ella train ride through the mountains, hiking,

From board shorts to hiking boots, beach hangs to mountain tea shops, this adventure takes across one of the most beautiful countries on our planet.
